Great stay !!!

Our first time in a tiny house, and we loved it. Adam is a great host. The weather was to cold for us to even enjoy it more. Love to come back to this place.

Tiny Home The RITZ

Wonderful, relaxing stay at The Ritz. We appreciated the full sized kitchen and bathroom, cozy sleeping alcoves and attention to details(layout, fixtures and extras). They all made for a lovely experience staying in a tiny home. Thank you to Amy for accommodating our requests. Highly recommended!

The Ritz is an amazing home. I’m deciding if I would like to own one day so making this trip I could the accommodations were awesome and kids 10 and 15 years old fell in love with place. The beautiful lake and the ability to kayak and paddle boat was a dream, we even brought along our family fur baby and he even fit right in I would definitely recommend

I absolutely loved staying in The Ritz tiny home! Now I want to buy one for myself! It was roomy, super clean, comfortable and a fun place to stay in. It had everything we needed. Adam and Amy were super hosts. They were great with being right there when we had questions about the tiny home and they gave us good recommendations on fun places/restaurants to check out. Being on the lake was visually appealing too! We didn’t get to enjoy the kayaking or paddle boats but will definitely plan on it the next time around. I will definitely be going back 😊

Stayed two nights at the Tiny Homes Rentals. One night in the Ritz and one in the Bermuda. The homes are cute but basically just a camper. It was an interesting experience. The Ritz was bigger and set up better. It had a 'couch' and two lofts for sleeping. The bathroom was basic and needed updating. The Bermuda had a set of metal bunk-beds in the middle of the unit. It also has a loft but the loft is so small that only a child could use it. In fairness the pictures online are exactly what the units are. No more and no less. Wireless internet is included with each unit and works great. The TV channels are VERY limited. THE LOCATION!!! I did not like the location of the park. I should have done better research on the location of the Tiny Homes/RV Park. While the views and pictures are of a beautiful lake they do not tell you that the lot that the tiny homes are on is in the middle of basically an industrial park in a questionable section of Orlando. While I never felt scared for my safety I never felt secure either. When my GPS guided me to the entrance (a gravel driveway over railroad tracks) I was sure we had put in the wrong address. Nope this was the place. An approximately a 2 acre plot of land next to a lake. The lots has about 25 campers and tiny homes tucked in very close to one another. The grounds are well maintained and there are a lot of rentals and things to do on the property. The tiny homes themselves were clean enough although the bathrooms in both units need a better daily scrubbing. The tiny home come with towels and sheets. Not enough towels. Both units slept up to 4 people yet there were only 2 sets of towels. We could have asked for more but it seemed like too much trouble so we made due for the night. Soap and shampoo are provided. Large bottles of Suave, obviously purchased at the local Walmart. Luckily I travel with my own products. Community soap and shampoo did not feel sanitary. I did not give a 5 star review only a 4 star. Here's why. Minus .50 star for the location (industrial park!!) Minus .50 for cleanliness and functionality. Again these are cute tiny homes but this style is just a camper. I can't see living in these units. Just staying a weekend is enough. I met Adam and spoke to Amy over the phone. These are the hosts of the RV/Tiny Homes park. They are very nice and even made sure we could move from the Ritz to the Bermuda ( we booked the Ritz for the first night and the Bermuda for the second night. Neither unit was available for both days.) earlier than the regular check in. Much appreciated. Thank you!!! Having experienced this RV/Tiny Homes Park, would I come back??? Honestly I am undecided. I really did not like the location but I thought the homes themselves were cute. Final Thoughts.... Do not rent these Tiny Homes if you have mobility issues. They are not designed for that.
